Coach’s Philosophy

Your personal goals and athlete experience is the foundation of crafting a plan to reach your goals. Our coaching will provide you with baselining with FTP and metabolic testing, a build phase with strength that works around your body, and a taper phase that gets you to the start line ready to hit that goal. During each phase, we are listening to your body and responding with appropriate push-through to achieve incremental improvements in your physical goals. We will be creating a sustainable and repeatable exercise plan that meets your personal goals for fitness and wellness. Together we discover an endurance plan customized to fit the rhythm and routine of your lifestyle.  

Coach Erik listens to your Mind, Body, and Soul so that every athlete’s journey to physical wellness addresses not only what you do with your body to become fit but also incorporates mental wellness and lifestyle happiness. Coach Erik can provide strategies on nutritional habits that provide athletes the energy to do everything they want to do. Coach Erik never stops asking, “How did it feel?” and provides every effort with “Good Job”.
